Classical vinification. Maceration of the lees in vats. Slow pressing in several steps. Ageing on lees with regular stirring. The fresh white wine displays a nice color with golden and green shades. The nose shows delicate scents of white flowers, while the palate is unctuous and fruity with citrus and flowers. Overall this is well balanced with good amplitude in the mouth and lovely intensity on the finish
Night time manual harvest. Classical vinfication with fermentation for 25 days in stainless steel vats. Aging for 6-8 months in concrete vats. Attractiver bright and intense garnet color. The nose is full of ripe fruits and prune with a touch of leather and other smoky notes. This wine develops a supple and fruity attack and continues on well coated tannins. Aging potential 5-10 years.
