Bordeaux, France

Château Des Perligues comes from an estate in Illats, in the heart of the Graves region, home to the region’s famous deep sandy, gravel soils. The vineyard consists of 27 hectares, well-drained and benefiting from a temperate climate on the Garonne banks. The average age of the vines is 20 years. Graves is not a region known for bargains, but Perligues is one of those rare exceptions.

Classical vinification. Maceration of the lees in vats. Slow pressing in several steps. Ageing on lees with regular stirring. The fresh white wine displays a nice color with golden and green shades. The nose shows delicate scents of white flowers, while the palate is unctuous and fruity with citrus and flowers. Overall this is well balanced with good amplitude in the mouth and lovely intensity on the finish
